| Celebrated by my husband as the
perfect Golden Retriever Bitch (her, not me! J),
Abbey is a lovely and most exquisite lady in our
lives. Though never measured officially, she is
of average golden height and weight, neither big
nor little. She has nice bone and substance, and
a lighter color than her brothers & sisters. Likely
to be called a "blonde" (though certainly NOT dumb)!
She is somewhat "fluffier" than her brother's straighter
and redder coats. Again, her head is "classic" and
pleasant, a perfect combination of her mom & dad!
Her head, John says, is just right! Abbey is a well
proportioned and balanced dog. Again, her movement
is balanced and correct She excels in all she does,
most noteably breed and field. She has the well
tempered power and grace noted of her brothers.
She gets along with all visitors, both genders,
and is entirely trustworthy with pups of her own
and of others. She is courteous, stable and an absolute
joy to have around! She has graced us with a special
son "Ripple" who is as much a joy as she. Abbey
now has 10points/both majors (all on very limited
showing). We look forward to a very bright future! |
