With a sparkle in her eye, she is the quintessential golden! As a pup Sparkle wanted no more than to cuddle with her kids! Even from the back seat!
She quickly became the “couch potato” of the house, enjoying the scene from her perch on a lawn chair when she was a pup, and graduating to the couch and bed quickly when her littermates went home. Her recent view is taken in from “her” leather recliner!
She is the PRINCESS and the pea! But she is ready to retrieve, swim or go for a hike as soon as it appears the herd is mobilizing!
Though not flashy, nor fancy……she is a true and clean moving dog with clean & correct gait, from side front or rear. Her structure is “true” as her movement.
She is major pointed and made the cuts to the final 8 at the 2012 Golden Nationals. Another Ch endeavor in the making!
Like her momma, Sparkle is not one to compete for attention nor push for a retrieve, (she would never lower herself to grovel!) but instead she prefers a “non-competitive” one-on-one style. She is always an easy keeper, traveler, guest or companion on a ride or hike….leash free!
Carrying the coveted “George” lineage thru momma Marti, and the added outcross brought to us from her dad “Louie”, with a Sparkle in her eye, she just gets it! Because she is a double outcross, she presents us with the opportunity to breed her into our endeavors studs, starting with her childhood pal, BC in Summer 2013! Watch for her kids to shine!
